About Renée
I have always known I wanted to work with animals. As I made this desire into a reality I realized there is a huge array of opportunities to help animals that we don’t typically consider. Simple, cost effective, enjoyable and even preventative – Therapeutic massage.
I have worked in specialty veterinary medicine for more than 25 years. I obtained my Bachelors of Science in Veterinary Technology at Mount Ida College in MA. I became certified as a veterinary technician shortly after college and have been ever since. In 2016, I obtained my title of Certified Canine Rehabilitation Assistant. I have worked with dogs, cats, wildlife, marine life and exotic animals. I have worked in numerous departments and have had leadership roles in many of them. I previously taught surgery/anesthesiology and radiology at Mount Ida and have had the pleasure of teaching students on the job.
My passion is to try and help animals feel better through massage. For the purpose of relaxation, reducing stress, enhancing circulation, decreasing pain, improving sleep and reducing swelling.
