Woo Kickboxing, Junior Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and more for adults and minors! Our program has a Muay Thai Kickboxing base but also adds elements of Western Boxing and American Kickboxing as well. You will learn the basics of Kickboxing but we add calisthenics, plyometric, isometric and body weight exercises to the repertoire.
