I started to learn photography in college in 2009 at friends local shows. Most of them took place in dark basements and it definitely was not the easiest place to learn how to use a camera. I fell in love with the art head over heals and each time a new opportunity arose I said yes and took on the challenge. It has been a wild ride to get to where I am now and I am so grateful for every opportunity that has presented itself over the years.
Prior to creating MCAG Photography I was already working at establishing myself as photographer. I started this company in 2015 and have been a a part of over 250 weddings and elopements and worked with hundreds of families! I have a passion for finding incredible light and using that to help create beautiful portraits and lasting memories for my clients. I strive to create real moments of genuine laughter, natural smiles and experiences that will last a lifetime. When I am not photographing weddings or portrait sessions you can find me hanging out with my son Brandon, on a mountain hiking or skiing, in the woods searching for waterfalls or playing board games with friends. (Catan anyone?)
