If you would like to set up a booth at DERRYFEST, complete the Vendor Booth Application (Click Here). A rental fee is charged to everyone who has a booth.
Fees:
- Political Entities $250 (Limit 1 Booth)
- Commercial $200 (Limit 2 Booths)
- Food Vendor $200 (Limit 2 Booths) – Includes Electricity
- Food Vendors must be licensed by the state, and a copy of your insurance listing must be on file with the Town of Derry. Please make sure to have the Town of Derry listed as additionally insured.
- Non-Profits $100 (Limit 2 Booths)
- Craft Vendors $75 (Limit 2 Booths)
NO REFUNDS: Due to event cancelation or weather. Derryfest is the Greater Derry Arts Council’s Annual Fundraiser Kick-Off Event. All payments made are considered a donation to the Greater Derry Arts Council.
The rental fee is for booth space only. Please be sure canopies and other anchor lines fit within your 10×12 booth space. They do not supply tables, chairs, canopies, or extension cords.
