Rotary “Christmas on the Common “ Returns for 2021
Londonderry Rotary Club, in partnership with the Town of Londonderry, is pleased to announce that its annual “Christmas on the Common” celebration will return to the Town Common in 2021. The event which will include complimentary hot cider, hot chocolate, chili, and cookies will take place on Sunday afternoon, December 5th on the Town Common. The event is scheduled from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM. The annual Christmas Tree Lighting will occur at dusk, and we expect that Santa, Mrs. Claus and their elf will arrive at the Common to greet the children at approximately 4:00 PM. Provisions will be made for the children to speak with Santa and Mrs. Claus about their Christmas wishes at a safe distance. The Rotary encourages families to attend this event, and enjoy the Christmas cheer! Prior to this event, 20 Christmas trees will be set up on the Town Common. Rotary is asking any interested group in town to decorate a tree. If you would like to reserve a tree for your group, please contact Faye Sell at Martineilli Travel at 603-434-4989.
