Berry Greek Cheesecake Popsicles
Looking for a fun healthy snack that both kids and adults will enjoy? These Berry Greek Cheesecake Popsicles are so fun that your guests won’t even realize they’re healthy. Plus, they’re the perfect way to cool down after spending the day in the sun.
Made with just 5 ingredients (Greek cream cheese, milk, raspberries, blueberries, and sugar), the pops even have a red, white, and blue look. They’re easy to make so long as you have popsicle molds.
Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream
Believe it or not, making your own ice cream is easy! And this Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream will be the hit of any 4th of July party.
This ice cream does have a few steps and requires some planning ahead since it needs time to chill, but the results are well worth it. Top it with crumbled graham crackers and it’s more delicious than a blueberry pie!
You’ll want to make sure you have an ice cream maker. If you have a KitchenAid Stand Mixer, you can get their ice cream bowl attachment. Or you can use a standalone Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker.
