I cannot think of anything more perfect for this Halloween season than this candy corn ice cream recipe. It's simple, fun, and gorgeous (look at that color)! Candy corn is only around for short time, so we might as well make the most of it with We Are Not Martha's incredible recipe.
The ingredients are simple: Heavy cream, milk, and candy corn!
You'll want to start by heating your ingredients in a sauce pan until the candy corn dissolves.
When the color looks like this, you will know when it's ready!
You will then process the ice cream using an ice cream mixer. I like to add in some chopped candy corn while its processing, but totally not necessary!
Then comes the tough part, waiting 6 hours for it to chill. But trust me, the wait is well worth it! When it is fully chilled, you will have this delicious and unique dessert ready for you. If you really like candy corn, serve with some more candy corn on top.
