Londonderry Old Home Day 2023 is this week and Macaroni KID Derry has the scoop on this year’s festivities! This annual event is 4 days of wonderful, local, family-friendly fun for all. Londonderry Old Home Day attracts over 12,000 people and is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, August 16th, 2023 and finish Saturday, August 19th, 2023. The four-day event promises to provide some good old-fashioned fun for all; past and present residents of all ages, invited guests and relatives, and anyone who is interested in experiencing a part of Londonderry, New Hampshire. This is the perfect community event. The event starts with a concert and ends with a concert accompanied with so many fun events along the way!

- Police Department and Fire Department Softball Game
- Old Home Day Parade
- Senior Bingo + BBQ
- Concerts

The Importance of Old Home Day:
Old Home Day has been observed for the last 100 years and was started in 1899 by Governor Frank Rollins to help with the decline of the small farming town. Former residents, friends, neighbors, and family were invite to the family and Granite State to meet new people and reconnect with old friends! This has been celebrated on the third weekend in August since 1899, so join this year to be part of history at one of the biggest town reunions in the area!
Have a small business such as a food truck? Help out at the event and register to bring it!
The Morrison House was originally built in 1760. It is one of the few pre-revolutionary homes existing in Londonderry and is considered to be a landmark. You won’t want to miss visiting the Morrison House during this year’s Old Home Day! On August 19th, take a walk down the rich history of the Morrison House with activities and performances for the whole family!
Do you think your baby is the cutest around town? Register them today for this year's Londonderry Baby Contest where the cutest baby boy and girl will be crowned at Old Home Day!
The Kidz Section will be including the Kidz Carnival which will be packed full of fun activities for the kids and whole family to enjoy!
Taking place on Saturday, August 19th from 11:45 am to 4 pm.
