We are fortunate in Greater Derry to have this award-winning park in our backyard. Yes, award-winning! Canobie was listed as one of the 10 best amusement parks in the country (Money, 2018)?! It is in the company of Disney World and Dollywood.. and we in Greater Derry are in a position to “pop over” any time.
We love visiting this family-friendly amusement park. There is literally something for everyone…
Have toddlers? There are plenty of rides for them (plus they'll love the simple stuff like the fountains)! Have tweens? Canobie has roller coasters sure to make them scream. What about Grammy and Grampy (or in our case Nani and Pop Pop)? They’ll love the low-key lake cruise, scenic train, and relaxing sky ride. Looking for something special for your nanny or au pair to do with the kiddos during the week? This is an awesome option, and the 1pm Critter Show is not to be missed. Our guys loved it!

Fireworks are back! These colorful shows are running every Friday night at 9PM now until September 3. Before the show, spend the day at various rides and attractions throughout the park, including Critters Live! This unique experience is happening EVERY DAY from 1PM to 2PM until September 3. Take a seat, have a lunch break, and check out the exciting animals on display at the Midway Stage!

Getting There and Tickets
Canobie Lake Park is located at exit 2 or 3 off Route 93 in Salem, New Hampshire. It is a quick trip from most points in New England with one low admission price that includes all rides, attractions, scheduled live shows and Castaway Island water play area. With over 85 rides, games, live shows and attractions, Canobie Lake Park is New England’s premier destination for affordable family fun.
